BREAKING NEWS – Challenge Cup

NOYC.org has learned today that the GYA Offshore Council is considering the possibility of a future Challenge Cup host site rotation.

The following is quoted directly from the email obtained by NOYC.org:

What we may be discussing at the Offshore Council is the POSSIBILITY of having the Challenge Cup on Lake Pontchartrain every third year in April or May (better weather than June) this would be shared with the three Lake clubs. NOYC, PontYC and SYC… so each club would get it every 9 years.

For the yearly rotation, the event would be rotated among Gulfport, Pensacola and the Lake.

As such, NOYC.org has published a new poll regarding these options. Challenge Cup information can be found online by visiting challengecup.org.
